MACUCANE is a complex and surprisingly versatile natural coffee from Nicaragua. We aim for a very light roast on this profile. On the cupping table it stood out by its wide range of flavors. High acidity, boozy body and rich sweetness.
Macucane is produced by a family exporter from the coffee-growing region of Nueva Segovia in Nicaragua. The family exporter was formed by two sisters managing the family coffee business in the third generation, in response to the high demand for transparent and socially responsible connections with Nicaraguan coffee farmers. It brings together a team of highly motivated and passionate specialists in various aspects of coffee production with the goal of providing our clients with the highest level of quality, not only in coffee but also in responsible and accountable support throughout the entire production chain.
