- We source our beans from selected growers known for their high quality. We roast in small batches to enhance the natural flavours and aromas of each bean, with a focus on unique roasts to bring out the unique characteristics of each origin. However, variations may occur due to seasonal changes, processing methods, and individual taste preferences.
- Prices for our products are listed in EUR (Euro) and are subject to change without notice.
- Due to the volatile nature of the global coffee market, prices of certain coffee beans may fluctuate significantly. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly, even after an order has been placed but not yet shipped. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the adjusted price before proceeding with the order.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Ordering and Payment
- You can place orders for our products through our online store.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

- We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Handling Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns of coffee beans.
- We are committed to providing high-quality coffee. However, we cannot guarantee that you will enjoy every coffee we offer. Taste is subjective, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences.
- Returns of brewing equipment and merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
