ABYSSINIA is a great daily driver roasted for filter but delicious in a brighter, fruit-forward espresso as well. The dense beans make for great viscosity in a shorter espresso extraction. This coffee will make for a great espresso-based milk drink with notes of nutella, berry-like notes and soft florals.
Abyssinia comes from the Guji coffee region and is produced by a family exporter who works with different producers in the region. This family-owned exporter has a long history of putting a lot of emphasis on tasting their lots to maintain the consistency they want to give to their customers and building a strong family relationship with producers and customers.
